In today's diverse world, more and more people are finding themselves in Blended and/or Interracial and Cross-cultural families and relationships.  With these unique families come unique situations and circumstances. I specialize in working with racially diverse families, LGBT familie, as well as individuals dealing with divorce, separation,co-parenting issues, stress, depression or identity issues. I can help you navigate through the challenging times and build on the positive.  With an action based plan and cognitive behavioral approach we can develop the tools that will allow you to create the life you desire and deserve.
